Santa dropped in 3 CD's this year, as well as some sox!
- Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Anniversary Edition" CD, with 24 of their great chuggy stuff.
- John Farnham's "Whispering Jack" (1986) - some great memories for me on this one...
- The Sunday's "Reading, Writing and Arithmatic" (1989) - near-perfect jingle-jangle pop!
Here's a spoken Xmas greeting from me to you! Have a wonderfully satisfying 2005, alwrite?!

i loooove jingle-jangle pop - i'll have to check out 'the sundays'.
wishing you more joy and happiness in 2005 mal. one thing i try to remember at this time of year is that happiness is a journey, not a destination.
That's a life-lesson I learned many, many years' ago - but I still need to re-learn it each year, you know... ?!
"Happiness is a journey, not a destination."
Thank you so much, third_d. Seriously.
Yes, "The Sundays" don't seem to exist anymore, but one band I MUST point in your direction (if you like clean jingle-jangle pop, that is) is "Sixpence None the Richer" - they are GREAT!!! Their CD only came out a few years' ago.
